Processing Time

All products are handmade with care and intention. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During new product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International orders (if applicable): 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

TIPZ N TAROT is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Digital Services & Tarot Readings

Tarot readings and other digital services are not shipped and will be delivered electronically according to the timeframe listed in the product description.
